Your appointments are very important to Anthony and he is reserved especially for you. Please understand that when you forget or cancel your appointment without giving enough notice, Anthony misses the opportunity to fill that appointment time; and, clients on our waiting list miss the opportunity to receive services. Since the services are reserved for you personally, a cancellation fee will apply.

Anthony respectfully requests a credit card when booking your appointment and ask that you give at least 24 hours notice for cancellations.

- Less than a 24-hour notice will result in a charge equal to 50% of the reserved service amount.

- No Shows will be charged 100% of the reserved service amount.

- If you arrive more than 20 minutes late, we will be unable to take the appointment and a 50% of the reserved amount may apply.
